In this week’s lesson of Daniel 1-6, we find two of the more famous Old Testament Stories. Despite peer pressure, and other (perhaps) justifiable reasons, four young men decided to choose the right and invite the Lord into their lives by doing so. The Lord blessed them and set a patter for us to follow: make the choice to follow the Lord and expect the miracles to follow. The new For the Strength of Youth booklet teaches us how to do just this!

Jeremiah: Beyond Come Follow Me
Jeremiah 30-33, 36, and Lamentations 1, 3
This week, I focus on Jeremiah chapter 36. Here the Lord tells his prophet the purpose of scriptures. An interesting story unfolds that looks a lot like a story from our own Church history. Many wonderful lessons can be learned from these stories to teach us the love and mercy of Heavenly Father in preparing a way for us to have all the blessings of the gospel.
