“Consider your ways.” Understanding the setting in which this phrase given can teach us more about the atonement of Jesus Christ. The stories and the doctrine taught in this week’s Come Follow Me lesson parallel perfectly with what President Nelson has been teaching us. Plus, one of my favorite stories from Church history.

Nahum, Habakkuk, & Zephaniah: Beyond Come Follow Me
These three Old Testament prophets describe unpleasant and frightful events. But though it all, they also teach of the love and mercy of the Lord. They teach how the Lord keeps a perfect balance between Justice and Mercy. These teaching make me think of two stories from Church History which I share in the video as well.
